1. Apartment No 7 Kaia House
This 92 sq m tastefully decorated two bedroom second floor apartment is located on the beach front, at the very centre point of the Sunny Beach resort. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with en suite and 3 balconies, 2 of which look out onto the beach and the sea. There is a large living room area with kitchenette, with all necessary self catering facilities, and a second bathroom with shower.
Other facilities: cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning, safe for personal valuables.
No 7 Kaia House is located in the very centre of the Sunny Beach resort, only 50 metres away from the beach and within walking distance from aqua sports, café bars, restaurants, as well as to all amenities (supermarkets, bureau de change etc). There is lift access to all floors.
A holiday tip we would like to give to our potential clients: although this apartment is child friendly (high chair, cot), families with young children are advised to rent our penthouse apartment in Sea Dreams Complex. The same penthouse is offered to all holiday makers in search for a quiet and relaxed end to the day. No 7 Kaia House is for holiday makers who like to party more and sleep less…because this apartment is close to the very core of all kinds of late summer night festivities.

07th May to 21st May €45 per day
22nd May to 10th June €55 per day
11th June to 08th July €60 per day
09th July to 02nd September €70 per day
03rd September to 14th October €50 per day
These rates include: pick up and return to Burgas airport, cleaning of apartment every fourth day of stay, with linen and towel changes.
