Payment Plan and Payment Details
The payment plan will be set out in the correspondence you will receive and the payment details are as follows: persons who have committed to purchase property from us will enter into a 'Premliminary Contract of Sale', on which the payment plan and payment details are set out.
Clients purchasing properties from us are reminded that in the case of transfer of funds between their financial institution and our bank, plus clients making payment by cheque, to make the transaction at least 4 working days prior to the date that the payment is due. Finance
The raising of the finance for the purchase of our properties is the responsibility of the client, whether this be from personal funds, use of equity from stocks, shares, bonds, own home dwelling, ownership of other properties. For clients who require the names of brokers to help them to arrange finance we would ask that they would make contact with us and we will furnish them with a list of contacts that we have found to be very helpful.
In relation to the taking out of a mortgage in Bulgaria, the following is our current position: the interest rates on mortgage borrowings in Bulgaria is high and associated with it are the charges involved in the transfer of funds to Bulgaria for the repayments on the mortgage. We are currently in negotiations with our bank in Bulgaria with a view to securing the best rate possible on mortgage borrowings and how to overcome the high charges on transfer of funds. We will update this information when we have completed negotiations.
