LUAS LTD identifies future developments, in sought after areas through contacts in the planning departments in the Sunny Beach/Nessebar area. We then have our solicitor run a full check on the legality of the ownership and the Planning Permission when it has been granted. If everything meets the criteria, we then make contact with the developers at the earliest possible stage and negotiate with them for the purchase of apartments in the development which we are interested in. We insist on our engineer being present on site during the complete course of construction, thus guaranteeing ourselves that construction standards meet the high demands which we set. On completion we then advertise the apartments for sale and rent.
