The Bulgarian currency the LEV was linked to the Deutschmark in 1998 and thereafter it was pegged to the Euro in 2001, with the result that there are only very minimal fluctuations in the value of the currency against the Euro. 1 Euro = 1.95 leva
Flight Time
Dublin direct to Bourgas on the Black Sea is 3 hours 30 mins flying time, less than the Canaries and not much more than Spain and Portugal.
